This Legal Disclaimer applies to all products, content and services offered on Lumicup.com. By browsing our website and purchasing our insulated tumblers, water bottles and drinkware, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Product Safety & Usage Warning

Our tumblers and water bottles are designed for cold or hot beverages only.

  • Do NOT use to hold carbonated drinks, dry ice, fermented liquids, dairy or baby food for long periods. Pressure buildup may cause splashing, leakage or injury.
  • Do NOT overfill with boiling water. Leave space to prevent hot liquid from spraying out when opening the lid.
  • Keep products containing hot liquids away from infants and young children. Adult supervision is required for children’s use to avoid scalding.
  • Hand wash is recommended for most insulated drinkware. Do not soak, microwave or place in dishwasher unless the product description explicitly states it is dishwasher safe.
  • Our drinkware is made of food-grade stainless steel (304 / 316). Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, drops, scratches, or failure to follow care instructions.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the tumbler will maintain temperature for the advertised hours under all circumstances. Heat retention performance is affected by liquid temperature, ambient temperature, ice amount and lid sealing condition. We do not guarantee the printed patterns, vinyl or sublimation designs will never fade or peel over time with regular use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by United States law, Lumicup shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including burns, stains, property loss or personal injury, arising from improper use, misuse, neglect or unauthorized modification of our drinkware products. We are not responsible for damages or loss that occur during shipping.

All text, images, logos, designs and artwork shown on this site are the intellectual property of Lumicup. Any unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
